Jan Torrisi-Mokwa — Jan is the founder and chief organizational strategist of Congruence, Inc. Before founding Congruence, she was the global leader of Employee Growth & Retention at Arthur Andersen. She worked extensively with CEOs and business leaders to guide them on how to increase business results through people. Prior to her work in a "Big Five" firm she was director of Curriculum Design at Boeing's Center for Leadership & Learning.
Jan possesses a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, has a national certification in Human Resource Management (SPHR) and is certified by Franklin Covey as a facilitator.
She serves on the boards of DeSmet Jesuit High School, The Humane Society of Missouri, the Family Violence Council, and The Private Bank.
